Feb 12, 2013 at 11:04 am by admin

David McPeak and Allison Blair were arrested on multiple charges following a break-in on Lorance Road.

The victim told sheriff's investigators that her home had been vandalized and that several items, including a .22-caliber pistol and a .30-caliber rifle were missing.

A witness told authorities that he had allegedly seen McPeak at the home and that he was in a small blue car. When the car, owned by Allison Blair, was located by investigators, a small crowbar, black ski mask and a pill bottle were found. The pill bottle was prescribed to the sister of the burglary victim.

Investigator Brandon Gullet, after questioning them, charged McPeak with theft over $1,000 and aggravated burglary. Blair was charged with theft over $1,000, aggravated burglary and possession of burglary tools. She also faces simple possession and possession of legend drug charges.
