Three of Short Mountain School Jr. Beta Club members competed in the Battle of the Books competition during the Tennessee State Beta Club Convention. (Pictured Left to Right) Tylee Nistad, Molly Williams, and Sean Stone read 12 books for the competition and competed against students from approximately 60 school across Tennessee, winning 1st place. This is Short Mountain's second championship for Battle of the Books in the past 3 years.
