Two Plead Guilty To Driving Without License

Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included: Bobby E. Davenport was appointed an attorney. He is charged with violation of probation. J.W. Bass, Jr. was appointed an attorney. He is charged with failure to appear. Shawn Feinstein was appointed an attorney. He is charged with violation of probation. Nazario Carreon pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail. That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and paying the court costs. Jose Dominguez pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail. That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and paying the court costs. The remaining cases on the docket were civil and traffic matters. In the traffic cases, Judge Melton either ordered the defendants to pay a fine and court costs or allowed them to attend a driver safety school. Judge Melton also conducted civil hearings.
