There will be a curfew for the Town of Woodbury beginning at 10 p.m. on Halloween night, Oct. 31, Police Chief Tony Burnett has announced. Also that night, College St. will be blocked off at Main St. and Lehman St. and High St. will be blocked off at the Dillion St. intersection for the safety of trick or treaters. NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH: There will be a Neighborhood Watch meeting Thursday, Oct. 29 at the Senior Citizens Center at 6:30 p.m. Plans for the upcoming food drive will be discussed. Bring covered dish.
