Two persons were charged recently with driving under the influence.

• Betty Jean Olson, 49 CTW Lane, Woodbury, was charged with DUI First Offense, possession of a Schedule IV drug, violation of the implied consent law and violation of the financial responsibility law on June 15 by Woodbury Police Sgt. Lowell Womack following a traffic stop on East Main St. Total bond was set at $5,500. Initial court date is July 19.

• Gary Duane Riddle, 287 Whispering Oaks, Liberty, was charged with DUI First Offense on June 16 by Woodbury Police Sgt. John House following a traffic stop on East Main St. Riddle failed a field sobriety test. Bond was set at $2,000. Initial court date is Aug. 9.
