A Woodbury man was arrested recently for failure to comply with a court order.

John Daniel McPeak, 945 South McCrary St., Woodbury, was charged on April 30 with failure to appear.

Cannon County Sheriff's Deputy Brandon Gullett arrested McPeak at his home.

McPeak allegedly violated his court-ordered furlough by leaving a rehab facility he had been ordered to attend.

Bond was set at $10,000. Initial court date is June 7.
