Three Plead Guilty To Driving Without A License

Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday.  Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Alejandro Santiago pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and paying the court costs.
 
Luis Nolasco pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and paying the court costs.
 
Michael Gingerich pled guilty to the charge of driving without a license.  He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail.  That sentence was suspended upon an equal amount of time on probation, paying a $2.00 fine and paying the court costs.
 
Phillip Shook was appointed an attorney.  He is charged with criminal trespassing.
 
Melissa Brown was appointed an attorney.  She is charged with violation of probation.
 
The remaining cases on the docket were simple traffic and civil matters.  In the simple traffic cases, Judge Melton either ordered the defendants to attend driver safety class or assessed a fine and court costs. In the civil matters, Judge Melton either entered judgments against the defendants or held hearings.
