Ms. Joyce Robinson Pelham, 82, of Woodbury passed away Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Woodbury Health and Rehab. Born in Cannon Co., she was the daughter of the late Richard Alex Robinson, Sr. and Lizzie Bell Davenport Robinson. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded by her husband of 50 years, Jerry W. Pelham, son-in-law, Richard Bogle and brothers, Dewey, John (Alice) Robinson, R.A. Robinson, Jr. and sister-in-law, Mildred Robinson.
She is survived by her children, Terry Wayne (Sue) Pelham of Woodbury, Angie (Billy) Rogers of Manchester & Amy (Eddie) Court of Woodbury; grandchildren, Britney (Joe) Wilder, Chase and Cameron Bogle and Alexis (Grady) Tenpenny; great grandchildren, Bryleigh Reynolds, Autumn and Ian Wilder. Also surviving are her brothers, Raymond (Sue) Robinson of Woodbury and James Robinson of OH.
A member of Sunny Slope Baptist Church, she and her husband, Jerry, owned Pelham’s Auto Salvage. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning, word search puzzles, and traveling. Above all, she loved reading her Bible and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Pelham cherished their neighbors and community like family.
The Pelham family will receive friends Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday, August 12, 2026 beginning at 9:00 A.M. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Patrick and Bro. Ray Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Gardens cemetery.
