Mike Vance

Mike Vance, 65, of Woodbury passed away suddenly Friday, January 23, 2026 at St. Thomas Woodbury E/R.  He was born in Cannon Co., the son of the late Ray and Robbie Vance.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law, C.W. Williams.
Mike is survived by his wife of 18 years, Dwinna Williams Vance of Woodbury; his children, Josh (Leslie) Vance of Olathe, KS., Justin (Abigail) Vance of Murfreesboro and Rachael Vance of Woodbury; grandchildren, Lynley, Gareth, Dalton, Annalise, Mac, Amelia and George Vance; siblings, Randy (Faye) Vance and Sandy (Eddie) Bessire both of Woodbury; mother-in-law, Linda Williams of Rockvale; brother-in-law, Kyle (Loura) Williams of Murfreesboro and nephews, Camden and Ben Williams.
A member of the First Baptist Church of Woodbury, Mike was retired from Batesville and later on worked at Vance Auto Sales.  He enjoyed cooking and smoking meat and listening to music. He had a love for collecting cowboy boots and especially cars.  Above all he loved his family and getting to spend time with them making memories.
The Vance family will receive friends Wednesday, January 28, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.  Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, January 29, 2026 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Dean Anderson and his sons, Josh and Justin officiating.  Interment will follow in the Burns cemetery in Rockvale.
