Jo Ann Campbell, 78, of Woodbury passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025 at NHC of Smithville.  She was born in Dekalb Co., the daughter of the late James and Cordie Mae Taylor Cantrell.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy and Danny Cantrell.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Wiley Dorris Campbell of Woodbury; her sons, Kevin Dorris (Terri) Campbell of Centertown and Jamie Alan (Jammie) Campbell of Smithville; grandchildren, Brandon Reed Campbell and Joannie Michala Campbell; great granddaughter, Braelynn Reed Campbell; siblings, Charles (Helen) Cantrell of Dowelltown, Jack (Lestal) Cantrell of Lebanon and Jeff (Lori) Campbell of Woodbury. Also surviving are a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Campbell, who belonged to the Baptist church, spent her time as a homemaker and later retired from Lewis Bakery. She took pleasure in activities such as farming, canning, gardening, and tending to flowers.
Visitation with the Campbell family will be Sunday, November 2, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. and Monday, November 3, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until her time of service.
Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 3, 2025 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Nixon, Chad Coppinger and Jamie Campbell officiating.  Interment will follow in the Gunter-Grizzle cemetery. 
Pallbearers include, Brandon Campbell, Michael Ferrell, Tony Cantrell, Brayden Tubbs, Preston Campbell and Eddie Anderson.
