Phillip Lynn Holt, 66, of Woodbury passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, after an extended illness. He was born in Woodbury, Tennessee on May 28, 1959. His parents were the late Joe Palmer Holt and Mildred Phillips Holt.
Funeral services were held October 21st in the chapel of Gentry-Smith Funeral Home who was in charge of arrangements.
