Bennett "Benny" Blair

Bennett "Benny" Darrell Blair, age 70, of Manchester passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at his home.  He was born to his parents, the late Luther Blair & Naomi Parton Blair of Woodbury, on May 27, 1955 in Cannon County.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Borren Blair of Manchester; Sons by Choice, Corey Phillips of Manchester & Josh (Amber) Phillips of Manchester; Grandson, Lukas Phillips; Siblings, Becky (Doug) Crabtree of Georgia and Avery (Linda) Blair of Centertown; Nieces & Nephews, Karen (Shane) Wilson, Connie Moulton, Michael Ashford, Adam Blair, Jess (Rachel) Blair, Joshua (Lauren) Blair, & Courtney (Joel) McGlothen. Special great nieces & nephews also survive.

Benny was a member of the Crossroads church of Christ and was a supervisor at Yorozu.  He loved farming and gardening.  He was a collector of many things but especially enjoyed collecting knives and arrowheads.  He loved watching his grandson play basketball at his games.

Funeral Services will be at 2 pm Sunday, July 13, 2025 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Terry Milburn, Bro. Tim Cunningham, & Bro. Mark Barker officiating.  Interment will follow at Wood Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 2 pm to 8 pm Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Woodbury Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Michael Ashford, Joshua Blair, Corey Phillips, Josh Phillips, Wade Parham, & Lukas Phillips.  Honorary Pallbearers will be LD Nokes & John Nokes.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Potter's Childrens Home, The National Kidney Foundation, or Wood Cemetery.
