Nancy Alyce Davenport Brander went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at 9:34am in Ocoee, Florida. She was a native of Cannon County and the daughter of the late Sterling A. Davenport and Dorothy Wood Davenport.

Survivors include two daughters, Colette B. Platts (Ronnie) of St. Augustine, FL. and Coleen B. Chomanics (Dave) of Gotha, FL. 7 grandchildren: Sterling (Rachel) Platts, Brandon Platts, Jordan (Lindsey) Platts, David Chomanics, Caroline Chomanics, Andrew Chomanics, and Tyler Chomanics. 4 Great-grandchildren: Hannah Platts, Lily Platts, Cole Platts, and Emma Platts. She is also survived by her sister, Janet Pugh of Deland, FL. and her best childhood friend, Nancy Smith Griner of Hoover, AL, as well as her nieces and nephews.
