West Side school 5th grade and Pre-K class have become "buddies". Each Thursday, the students get together after lunch and the 5th graders read a library book to their buddy. After story time, they sit and talk about how their day/week has been going and other things of interest. The students really look forward to "Buddy time" on Thursday's.
