Members and guests are invited to attend the upcoming Cannon County Cattlemen’s Association meeting planned for November 3rd at the Woodbury Lions Club Building at 6:30 p.m.

Members of the Tennessee Department of Agriculture crime unit are the scheduled speakers. Unit members will discuss animal theft, animal abuse, infectious diseases, arson and livestock transportation.

The Tennessee Beef Check-off referendum is scheduled for December 7th and 8th. Plans are to have an open discussion on the pros and cons of the upcoming vote.

We plan to cook hamburgers with the fixings for the 3rd, we are asking that you bring a dessert.
