Arnold Drives Into Reckless Endangerment Charge

Gregory A. Arnold, 3654 Jim Cummings Hwy., Woodbury, was arrested on charges of Reckless Endangerment and Violation Of Protection Order on March 24.

The warrants were obtained by the purported victims.

The Reckless Endangerment warrant alleges that Arnold placed three people, including two children, in danger while they were driving on State Route 53. Arnold allegedly turned around on the highway and started following the vehicle the victims were in, getting very close and passing them in a very aggressive manner.

The other purported victim, who has a protection order against Arnold, was traveling south on S.R. 53 when Arnold, who was driving north, turned around and began to follow the vehicle.

Total bond was set at $6,000. Initial court date is May 27.
