Alleged Meth Makers Appointed Attorneys

Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday.  Some of the results from the various cases which appeared on the docket included:

Crystal Brannam was appointed an attorney.  She is charged with initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine and driver’s license violation.  Her court date is set for November 9th.

Jason Brown was appointed an attorney.  He is charged with initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine.  His court date is set for November 9th.

Both Brannam and Brown were arrested last week after they were discovered passed out while sitting in a car at Parsley's Market.

Ricky Manier was appointed an attorney.  He is charged with violation of probation.  His court date is set for November 30th.

Joshua Underwood was appointed an attorney.  He is charged with failure to appear.  His court date is set for November 2nd.

Darrell West was appointed an attorney.  He is charged with domestic assault.  His court date is set for October 26th.

The remaining cases on the docket were civil cases and simple traffic violations.  In the traffic cases, Judge Melton either fined the defendants and ordered the payment of court costs or she required them to attend driver’s safety school.
