Adcock Ignores Warning, Is Jailed For PI

Failure to heed the advice of a law enforcement officer landed a Woodbury man in jail Thursday.

Michael Adcock, 915 Reed Court, Woodbury, was arrested for public intoxication on Aug. 25 by Woodbury Patrolman Brent Brock.

Adcock had been instructed hours earlier by WPD Sgt. John House to stay inside his residence due to his being in an apparent state of intoxication.

However, Patrolman Brock found Adcock on Bryant Lane allegedly under the influence.

Bond was set at $2,000. Initial court date is set for Sept. 27.
