97 Defendants On Tuesday's General Sessions Docket

After two weeks off while the District Attorney's Office transitioned from one assistant DA to another, Cannon County General Sessions Criminal Court will be back in regular weekly session Tuesday.

Judge Susan Melton is scheduled to hear the cases of 97 defendants. Those persons on the docket, and the charges they face, are as follows:

Christopher Anthony Adams, aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000.

Michael L. Atnip, aggravated criminal trespass, aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000,  theft under $500 and vandalism.

Steven J. Ballard, driving on suspended license, 1st offense and violation of probation, 1st offense.

Justin Tyler Barrett, simple possession of marijuana, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license, 3rd offense.

William Richard Barrett, driving on a suspended license, 3rd offense, violation of ignition-interlock requirement, expired registration and financial responsibility.

Jessica Bates, worthless check.

Eric Daniel Bogle, domestic assault and child abuse.

Cory Steven Bohanan, suspended license.

Clifford Wayne Brothers, aggravated assault, public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Brandon Michael Brown, aggravated assault with a weapon, possession with intent to go armed and possession of a prohibited weapon.

Cody Blake Brown, criminal trespass.

Nicholas James Butcher, domestic assault.

Brandy R. Campbell, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Shauna Carrick, theft under $500.

Timothy Dean Clark, domestic assault and contempt of court (bond condition violation).

Alyssa Marie Coleman, driving on a suspended license and aggravated domestic assault.

Tiffany Nicole Cross-Mullins, criminal trespass and filing a false report.

Phillip Dinovo, theft under $500.

Jimmy Lynn Driver, Jr., theft over $500 and criminal trespass.

Joseph Michael Duke, harassment and criminal trespass.

James Alex Earls, Jr., initiating the process to manufacture methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert James Easterwood, driving on a suspended license.

Bethany H. Tate Elrod, contempt of court (violation of bond condition).

Courtne Grayson Elrod, criminal trespass.

Jimmy L. Estes, aggravated criminal trespass and aggravated burglary of a habitation.

Regina Farless, worthless check and violation of probation, four counts.

Robert Blake Foster, domestic assault.
