Billy Ray Carmack, public intoxication, filed by WPD Sgt. John House on May 21, 2010.

Richard Elam Cathey, Jr., aggravated kidnapping, filed by CCSO Investigator Vance Walker on May 21, 2010.

Donna Jo Cook, driving on a revoked license, 4th offense, and leaving the scene of an accident, filed by WPD Assistant Police Chief Darrell Young on March 26, 2010 and April 27, 2010, respectively.

Marty J. Cooper, Jr., theft over $1000 and vandalism over $1000, filed by WPD Sgt. Kevin Mooneyham on June 8, 2010.

Ginger G. Craig, theft over $1000, filed by CCSO Deputy John Fesmire on April 21, 2010.

Ashley D. Davidson, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of Schedule II drugs, filed by WPD Sgt. John House on June 1, 2010.

Camren J. Deffendoll, violation of probation, 1st offense, filed on Dec. 28, 2009 and Jan. 27, 2010, respectively, by Providence Probation Services.

Eathon Lee Duncan, driving on a suspended license, filed by WPD Sgt. John House on June 1, 2010.

Michael Lynn Earls, DUI, 5th offense, violation of the implied consent law and driving on a revoked license, 3rd offense, filed by WPD Sgt. John House on Feb. 23, 2010.

Joseph Addison Edwards, theft under $500, filed by a private citizen on May 7, 2010.

Regina Farless, multiple counts of passing worthless checks, failure to appear, driving on expired tags, driving on a suspended license, 4th offense, and violation of probation, 1st offense. Charges filed between October 2009 and March 2010 by various law enforcement agencies and private citizens.

John Fesmire works for WPD not CCSO.

We suspect you are correct, but the court docket is listing him as representing the "SO" multiple times.

John Fesmire used to work for the SO. He now works part time for the WDPD if that clears things up.
