Sandra Kay Sams McCoy

Sandra Kay Sams McCoy, 59, died Thursday at Stones River Hospital.

Services are set for 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at Grace Assembly Church with Bro. James Carl Lassister officiating. Burial will follow at McMahan Cemetery.

A Pendington Gap,VA native, she was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Sams and Eula Robbins Bogle; and sister, Glenda Ramey.

Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Jerry McCoy of Woodbury; children, Thomas (Tina) Furgason of Woodbury, Christiana Marie Furgason of Shelbyville and Shannon (Caleb) Lassiter of Murfreesboro; and grandchildren, Kayla, Bethany and Hannah McCrary, Devon and Joseph Furgason, Ryleigh and Brody.

A member of the Grace Assembly Church, she was a homemaker. She loved her grandchildren, going to church and her pugs.
