Wahoos Win SRK Fast Pitch Softball Championship

Murfreesboro - With a 14-0 season, the number 1 ranked Wahoos went on the win the Stones River Kiwanis Spring Championship in the 7-9 year old fast pitch division.

The team, sponsored by Florence & Hutcheson, Inc. Consulting Engineers, ended the season with an outstanding 17-0 record.

Coach Johnny McCrary, formerly of Auburntown, worked diligently with the girls pushing them to their full potential.

The team’s efforts were rewarded with an undefeated season and taking home the championship title.
