The teachers made soups and several varieties of chili, and the Betas provided the trimmings. The cost of the meal was a donation to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Over 60 people were served and $260 was raised.
he Betas presented the money at the Junior Beta Club Convention in Nashville November 22.
Many parents attended the school’s book fair which was open from 3:00 – 6:00 that afternoon and stayed to participate in the Souper Bowl.
