Davenport Sets Two Records In Tuesday's Loss

Gus Davenport broke a couple records in Tuesday's loss to Moore County in Lynchburg.
Davenport scored his 22nd point of the night in the 3rd quarter to pass Justin Davenport and take the top spot of the all time boys career points leader at Cannon County High School.
Gus would also score 52 points breaking a single game scoring record set by Eddie Bowman who scored 51 in a game.
Davenport is still on pace to score over 2000 career points. Full story in the next edition of the Cannon Courier.
