Cannon County Lionettes Soccer Win District Tournament Opener

The Cannon County Lionettes riding a two game winning srreak into the District 5A tournament in Carthage beat up the Jackson County Lady Blue Devils in the first round 8-0 vaulting them into the championship game and assuring them of a first round game in the Region 3A tournament. Next up will be the District 5A Championship against the winner of the Smith County/York game. The Championship will be played Thursday at Smith County High School at 6p Thursday.
