Two Plead Guilty To License Violations

A limited docket in Cannon County General Session Criminal Court on Tuesday, Dec. 27, saw the following results:

• Tabithal L. Gray pled guilty to Driving Without a License. She received a 30-day suspended sentence, equal time on probation, a $2 fine and was assessed court costs.

• Devon Aaron Gunter pled guilty to Driving on a Suspended License. He received a 6-month suspended sentence, equal time on probation, a $25 fine and was assessed court costs.

• Jason Alton Couch, charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana, was reset for Jan. 24.

• Nolvertito Esparza, charged with No Driver’s License, was reset for Jan. 3.

• James Kelley Ferrell, charged with Simple Possession of Marijuana, was reset for Jan. 24. In another case, Ferrell pled guilty to Insurance Law violation, was fined $2, and assessed court costs.

• Jerry Ray Gunter, charged with Driving on a Suspended License and violations of the Registration and Insurance laws, was reset for Jan. 24.

• Ryan K. Hawkins, charged with Driving on a Suspended License and violations of the Financial Responsibility, Registration and Seatbelt laws, was reset for Feb. 7.

• Amber Rhea Norris, charged with Driving on a Revoked License, was reset for Feb. 7.

• Lisa Dawn Shikles, charged with Driving on a Suspended License, was reset for Jan. 10.
