Two Auburn Hills youth win in annual Bible Bowl

Cameron Roberson and Madelyn Ford, 7th and 3rd grade home schoolers who attend the Auburn Hills Church of Christ here in Woodbury once again brought home top honors in their respective grade divisions from the 12th Annual Robert Street Church of Christ "Fall-Youth Bible Bowl" on November 3, 2018 held in Sparta, TN.

Cameron, once again took first place in the 6-8 Grade Division by correctly answering 70 of the 75 questions asked over the books of I Peter, II Peter, I John, II John, and III John (KJV) correctly.

Meanwhile, Madelyn, correctly answered 71 questions to capture the first-place trophy in the 2-3 grade division for the second year in a row. Her 71 correctly answered questions was second overall, and just one behind the high school division winner!

More than 90 people attended the Bible Bowl in which 40 youth representing five churches of Christ participated.

The Bible Bowl was a "Bible-question-and-answer-head-game-competition" between children in Pre-K up through high school.

There were three rounds of 25 multiple choice questions each with the top two high scorers in each grade level receiving trophies. Medals were given to all participants.

In addition to Auburn Hills, other participating churches of Christ were: Browntown, West Sparta, Oakwood Street, Lansden and host Robert Street.
