Two teens who spent most of the recent holidays behind bars went home after they pleaded guilty to the charges against them in Cannon County Circuit Court on Jan. 10.

Jory Isenhart, 19, was facing charges including theft and burglary from incidents on Dec. 10 and Dec. 23 of last year when he stole various items, including an ATV valued at over $1,000.

Isenhart, who was also facing a charge of violation of probation, agreed to revocation and was ordered to serve 30 days in jail. His violation terminated his judicial diversion for a previous conviction for felony evading arrest and he was ordered to serve an additional 60 days in jail and his original 4 year sentence to state supervised probation was reinstated.

Isenhart also pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated burglary and received a 6-year suspended sentence and equal time on probation, which will run consecutive to his conviction for violating probation. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of theft of property over $1,000 and in each case received a 2-year suspended sentence and equal time on probation. One of those sentences will run consecutive to the one for aggravated burglary.

Isenhart must also pay restitution to the victims and the court costs in all the cases.

Another teen, Nicholas Herlong, 18, entered guilty pleas to three charges which stemmed from an incident last July when deputies found drugs and a stolen weapon in the bedroom of his home during a search. He qualified for judicial diversion and received 3 years probation for possession of methamphetamine under .5 grams plus a $2,000 fine. He also received division for 11 months, 29 plus a $250 fine for simple possession of marijuana and 11 months, 29 days on diversion for theft under $1,000.
