The Cannon County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday July 11th at 11:00am in the Woodbury Lions Club Building, 634 Lehman Street.

Due to the high rate of interest in our last Narcan training program, Trey Dees, Regional Overdose Prevention Specialist, will again provide Naloxone (Narcan) training. Naloxone is a nasal spray that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and SAVE A LIFE.

Attendees will be trained in the use of this life-saving product, will receive a certificate, will be given a FREE 2-pack opioid overdose reversal kit. Any citizen interested in helping build a safer, healthier and drug-free community is urged to attend.
