Old Fashion Quilt Tour: Break the Winter Blues with our Old Fashion Quilt Tour in Woodbury hosted by the Cannon County Senior Center on February 26-27.

The Quilt Tour is open to the public and will be at various locations. Tickets will be purchased at the Senior Center for $5.00 and a map will be provided. Quilts are needed in the following categories: Hand stitched, machine stitched, antique quilts, wall hangings, appliqué. You can only enter two quilts per category. Awards will be given in the above category. Call the Center if you are interested at 563-5304.

On Tuesday, February 23, Woodbury Day School will perform in cafeteria at 11:00 a.m.

DVD a Cruise: Interested in the cruise or never been on one? Orientation and DVD viewing on Tuesday, February 23 at 5:00 p.m.

Crochet Class/Club: Every Tuesday at 9:00 we are starting a crochet class/club. Always wanted to learn? It’s not too late. Already know how? Enjoy visiting as you complete a crochet project.

Art Class will now be the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

Leanna Bluegrass Makes a Move: After eight years at Walter Hill, Tn, the Volunteer Fire Department will no longer host this great music tradition; their loss is our gain. Every month on the 2nd Saturday night, David Travis of Hands of Time or Leanna Bluegrass will bring bluegrass music to Cannon County. Admission to $2.00 at the door. The event starts at 6:30 and doors open at 6:00. This is not an open mic night or an open jam session. This event is brought to you by Davis Travis Hands of Time/Leanna Bluegrass.
