Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day ofJuly, 2012, letters testamentary in respect of the estate of Aubrey Medford Nichols, deceased, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by a Deed of Trust executed on March 30, 2006, by Donald S Bromley and Crista Jo Bromley to Ronald M. Default having been made by failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a certain promissory note from CHARLES D. The street address of the Property is believed to be: 222 Charlie Powell Rd., Woodbury, TN 37190, but such address is not part of the legal description of the Property.  In the event of any discrepancy, the legal description herein shall control.
The HB 3588 letter was mailed to the Borrowers on April 27, 2012 pursuant to TCA 35-5-117.
Said sale is or may be subject to any and all unpaid taxes plus penalty and interest, if any; defects, encumbrances, adverse claims and any other matters which take priority over the deed of trust, including rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal, which have not been waived by such governmental agency; statutory redemption rights, liens, easements, plan of record, set back lines, restrictions, and any other prior claims including, but not limited to, a first mortgage deed of trust to First National Bank of record in Record Book 115, Pages 914-924, said Register's Office.
