FINAL NOTICE OF POTENTIAL CONVERSION OF FLOOD PLAINS

The USDA Rural Business Service has received an application for financial assistance from Cannon County. The proposal consists of a Farerms Market, 100 feet x 40 feet, double bays or 20 stalls, pole type structure. The project is located just east of the existing Art Center of Cannon County. Rural Development has assessed the environmental impacts of this proposal and determined that the construction of the Farmers Market will convert or affect a floodplain. It has been determined there is no practicable alternative to avoiding this conversion or effect. Based on the nature of the proposed undertaking and limited area of potential affect, the proposed project does not appear to have the potential to cause adverse effects on historic properties or cultural resources.
Any person interesting in commenting on this proposal should submit a comment to the following within 30 days of August 10, 2012.

Being the same property conveyed to Charles D. McCutcheon and wife, Gina McCutcheon by deed of record in Record Book 115, Page 911, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee.
The street address of the Property is believed to be: 222 Charlie Powell Rd., Woodbury, TN 37190, but such address is not part of the legal description of the Property.  In the event of any discrepancy, the legal description herein shall control.
The HB 3588 letter was mailed to the Borrowers on April 27, 2012 pursuant to TCA 35-5-117.
