NOTICE OF WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT PLAN MODIFICATION AVAILABILITY:
The Plan modification will be available January 30, 2012 through February 29, 2012 for public review and comment. The plan explains the activities and services to be available from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 to be provided through the Local Workforce Investment Area Seven (LWIA 7).

Public Hearing
 
The Woodbury Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a public hearing on
Tuesday, February 21, 2012, 6:00 pm
at the Woodbury City Hall concerning a “Special Exception” regarding the construction of a six unit apartment and associated utilities within the C-3, Highway Commercial (Section 5, of the Woodbury Zoning Ordinance).  The request is being made by Neal Appelbaum who proposes to construct these apartments at 213 West High Street.  
Also it appears that a variance from the rear yard setback will be requested according to the site plans from the required 30 feet.     
The public is invited to attend.

Board of Commissioners To Meet
The Cannon County Board of Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, FEBRUARY 14
 in Regular Session. Those needing to address the commission should get in touch with either County Executive Mike Gannon at the courthouse 563-2320 or Chairman Bob Stoetzel at 563-8191 or 962-5735.

The Commission meetings are open to the public and all are welcomed.
