The Complaint was filed by Cannon County, Tennessee and the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee, whose attorney is Dale W. Peterson located at 215 West High Street, Woodbury, TN 37190, Phone (615) 904-5695. The Defendants have 30 days from the date of the last publication of this notice to file an answer otherwise a default judgment may be granted. It is further Ordered that this notice shall be published in the Cannon Courier a weekly newspaper of general circulation, once weekly for four consecutive weeks, beginning December 27, 2011.

NOTICE TO DELINQUENT CANNON COUNTY PROPERTY TAXPAYERS FOR TAX YEAR 2010

Please be advised that this is a preliminary step towards enforcing the lien for uncollected taxes charged to the Trustee on the tax rolls. After March 1, 2012, additional penalties and costs will be imposed and suits will be filed for the enforcement of lien for taxes in Chancery Court until the filing of such suits, taxes may be paid in the Trustee’s office.
