Farm Service Agency To Provide Informational Outreach Meeting

Donny Green, County Executive Director of the Cannon County Farm Service Agency, announces that his office will hold an Informational Outreach Meeting on June 29, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at the Cannon County USDA Service Center, located at 740 Old McMinnville Rd., Woodbury. The meeting is open and anyone is welcome to attend.

Topics to be discussed in this meeting are: The 2008/2009 Tree Assistance Program currently underway, Emergency Loans available to Cannon County producers as a result of the Presidential Disaster Declaration due to the flooding, and the 2010 FSA County Committee Nomination and Election process.
