Hosted by the volunteers of the Stones River Watershed Association and students of the MTSU Outdoors Program.

Please join us for:

Introduction to Paddling:
a short review of paddling techniques and safety followed by a guided trip. you choose the boat.

Four Saturdays in July: 9, 16, 23, and 30
9 a.m. to noon
(The same program is offered each Saturday.)

Walter Hill Park Boat Ramp
(on Highway 231 north of the VA Hospital, near the intersection with Jefferson Pike)


Funded in part through a grant from:
THE RUTHERFORD COUNTY CONSERVATION BOARD

A $5.00 fee will be charged for each paddler to defray the cost of insurance.
All paddlers must sign a waiver.
Participants under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
Children must be 10 years or older to paddle.
Groups will form approximately on the half-hour.
