I hope the child is ok! Wondering if the parents of these children were charged for letting their children ride four-wheelers on the road? Way too much of this going on in the county. We deal with it on a daily basis.

yes, a couple of years sgo, while standing in a local rural store, 2 young kids, maybe 12 to 14 were struck by a car outside the store. The girl driving was a constant nuisance to the whole neighborhood. Very reckless. I had to come to a screeching halt to avoid hitting her when she pulled out of her hidden drive right in front of me. Apparently, she had no parents that were resposible enough to even fear for her life. Well, they were supposed to stay off the road after that, but a week later it continued. It's a dangerous thing, but no one seems to care very much. But, no one should throw sticks or anything else at kids regardless of their age.
