A welcome home reception will be held for a Woodbury soldier on the downtown square Saturday.
LCpl. Phillip M. Rhyne has been serving his country in Afghanistan for the last year.
Complimentary flags will be provided to attendees in front of the Cannon County Courthouse.
The reception will begin at 2 p.m. along Main St.
