Oct. 15: Sgt. John House stopped Tenpenny on S. Lynn St. at 4:25 p.m. He was issued a release citation.

Obviously law enforcement is not seen as a deterrent for crime in Cannon County. Hopefully the judicial system can correct such falacies.

If it takes a long prison sentence to get him off the streets,20 years sounds about right. The police dept. did there job.but will the judge do his or her job.

well, i'll say from being marcus tenpenny's ex, that he is just not a man that will drive with no license over and over again, he is also pending some felony charges right now for burglary, theft, and so on. He also has past charges of aggravated assault (x2), drug charges, and so on and so forth, too many things to list. i don't think the judge realizes that he is not going to stop. i stayed with him 2 years thinking he was going to stop and he didn't.
