Debbie Morris announces her candidacy for re-election to the office of Register of Deeds, subject to the August 5th, General Election.

Debbie is the daughter of the late Dewey Brown Dutton and Flossie Dutton of Auburntown. She is married to Danny Morris and they reside on Doolittle Road in Woodbury. They have a daughter Dana (Corey) Davenport and a granddaughter Courtney.

“In the past I have worked diligently to maintain the Register’s Office in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to better serve you, the citizens of Cannon County and if re-elected I will continue to do so.”

“The Register of Deeds Office is fully computerized and my staff and I are constantly working to put older documents into the computer system not only to preserve them but make them easily accessible to the public.”

“I would like to thank you for placing your confidence in me in the past. Serving the citizens of Cannon County in this capacity is an honor and I would consider it a privilege to continue to serve you in the future.”

“I want to take this opportunity to ask for your vote and support on August 5th.”
