My name is Kevin Mooneyham and I am a candidate for county commissioner to represent the fourth district. I am a former commissioner having represented the fifth district, but had to resign my position after my wife and I moved to the Iconium area where I was raised. My parents are the late William and Maureen Mooneyham, and I currently hold the position of Chief of Police for the Town of Woodbury, where I have been employed for the past twenty three years.

Being a former commissioner I realize the difficulties that the current commissioners face, and the tough decisions which have to be made regarding how taxpayer money is spent. During my term as commissioner I always tried to use a good common sense approach and gather all of the facts before making a decision, and that is something I will continue to do if I am fortunate enough to be elected as commissioner.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask for your vote and support on August 7, 2014 in the general election. I know that it is impossible to see each and every person, but your vote and support would be greatly appreciated. Together we can make a difference.
