Milligan Pleads Guilty To Aggravated Domestic Assault

Judge Susan Melton presided over Cannon County General Sessions Court on Feb. 14. Following are the results of some of the cases on the docket:

• Timothy Jake Milligan pled guilty to Aggravated Domestic Assault. He received a suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days and was placed on probation for an equal amount of time. Milligan was also fined $100, assessed court costs, and ordered to attend a Batterers' Intervention Program (BIP) for 26 weeks. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victims. Charges of Domestic Assault and False Imprisonment (two counts) were dismissed without cost.

• Veronica Jean Mooneyham pled guilty to a reduced charge of Reckless Endangerment (from DUI). She was given a partially suspended sentence of 11 months, 29 days, ordered to serve 5 days in the county jail, placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days, fined $525, assessed court costs and ordered to attend driver’s safety school.

• Michael Lee Gilchrist pled guilty to Driving Without A License. He received a 30 day suspended sentence, equal time on probation, was fined $2 and assessed court costs. A charge of Violation Of The Financial Responsibility Law was dismissed without cost.

• Ryan K. Hawkins pled guilty to Driving Without A License. He received a 30 day suspended sentence, equal time on probation, was fined $2 and assessed court costs.

• Linda Kaye Hillis entered into a 90 day agreed order of retirement on the charge of Violation Of The Move Over Law. She was assessed court costs and ordered to attend a driver’s safety school.

• Dillon Martin Jakes pled guilty to Public Intoxication and received a 30 day suspended sentence and equal time on probation. He was also fined $50 and assessed court costs. Charges of Criminal Trespass and Possession Of Legend Drug Without A Prescription were dismissed without cost.

• William Elton Eisenmann agreed to revocation on the charges of Violation Of Probation (two counts). He was ordered to serve his original sentence of 11 months, 29 days. He was also given credit for time served. The sentence will run concurrent with those he is presently serving.

• Erica Danielle Cunningham’s petition for 5 days of jail credit on her Violation Of Probation sentence was granted by Judge Melton.

• Brittany F. Tenpenny agreed to revocation on the charge of Violation Of Probation. She was ordered to serve 7 days in the county jail and was placed back on probation for 5 months, 23 days.

• Dustin Lee Reed entered into an agreed order of retirement for 30 days on the charge of Reckless Burning. He was also ordered to pay court costs.

• Donald Lee Curlee, Worthless Check (two counts), was reset for May 22. The charges will be dismissed if he pays the checks, services charges and court costs.

• Christine Ann Dilts, Criminal Impersonation, Filing A False Report, was reset for March 13.

• James Chadwick Emberton, Manufacture Of Methamphetamine, Maintaining A Dwelling For Manufacture Of Methamphetamine, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft Under $500, Driving On A Suspended License, was reset for April 17.

• Roy Michael Foust, Domestic Assault, was dismissed after the purported victim admitted to filing a False Report.

• Trevor Lanphere, charged with Violation Of Probation (two counts), was dismissed without cost after testing indicated there was no showing of illegal drugs in his system.

• Amber Rhea Norris, Driving On Revoked License 1st Offense, failed to appear. A Show Cause was issued.

• Steven Ray Ratliff, Violation Of Probation, 1st and 2nd Offenses, failed to appear. A Capias was issued.

• Lisa A. George, Theft Of Property - Conduct Involving Merchandise, was reset for March 13.

• Marisa Rhea Gilley, Facilitation Of The Manufacture Of Drugs, was reset for April 17.

• Todd Odell Hindsley, Promotion Of Prostitution, was reset for a preliminary hearing on March 13.

• Nickey E. Cantrell, Promotion Of Prostitution, was reset for a preliminary hearing on March 13.

• Roxanna Landis, charged with Prostitution, was reset for a preliminary hearing on March 13.

• Jeffrey Andrew Johnson, charged with DUI 1st Offense, Simple Possession Schedule II Drugs, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Violation Financial Responsibility, was reset for March 13.

• Stephen Christopher Killon, charged with DUI and Violation Implied Consent Law, was reset for April 17.

• Cindy R. Rose, Worthless Check (two counts), was reset for May 8.

• Angela Ann Scott, DUI 2nd Offense, Driving On Revoked License, was reset for April 17.

• Ronald Sharp agreed to revocation on a charge of Violation Of Probation. He was ordered to serve 45 days in the county jail, will be back on probation for 9 months, 14 days upon release, and must pay court costs, fines and restitution as directed by the probation service.

• Wiley Daniel Thomas, charged with Violation Of Probation (two counts), was reset for March 13.

• Justin Lee Todd, Domestic Assault, was reset for April 3.

• Mary Jane Abel, Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, was reset for March 13.

• Rena Nanette Clemmons, Driving On A Revoked License (2nd Offense), Speeding (46/30), Insurance Law, was reset for March 13.
