Maude Kenady Jones

Maude Kenady Jones, age 97, of Woodbury passed away Friday, July 8, 2016 at Woodbury Health Care Center. She was a native of Clay County, Alabama.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Steve & Lori Jones of Woodbury. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. & Fredonia Wright Kenady; and her husband, L.V. Jones.

Mrs. Jones was retired Russell Athletic Wear in Alexander City, Alabama, and was a member of the Baptist church. She was a loving mother, loved to quilt, and take care of her flowers.

Funeral services will be 6 PM Saturday, July 9, 2016 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Richardson officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 6 PM Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the funeral home. Graveside Services will be 4 PM Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Hillview Cemetery in Alexander City, Alabama with Radney Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
