To the Editor:

This year's 25th Annual White Oak Craft Fair was a huge success - with a record turnout of both quality artists and visitors.
I wish to thank the City, County, and Sherriff's Department for helping with set up. Also, I want to thank the Lions Club and Arts Center Board members for lending hours to assist with parking for the more than 4,000 visitors.
To Mr. Bill Smith and Mr. Charles Preston, thanks for lending us your land that made parking possible. Additionally we would like to thank The Tennessee Arts Commission for their continued support of the White Oak Craft Fair and The Arts Center.
The Craft Fair showcases so much made-in-Tennessee talent. We appreciate that artists from throughout Middle-Tennessee spent 2 days here. Many return each year because they love our venue and the care we provide in making them feel welcome.
To Betty Tanner, Sue Williams, Bobby and Mik Edwards - thanks for continuing the tradition of white oak basket making for which the Fair is named. To Thomas Chair Shop and Patrick Cecil who make rocking chairs, thanks for being here keeping our local history alive and part of our economy.
The White Oak Craft Fair is just one of the many events that happen in Cannon County each year bringing tourists and tourism dollars to our community. Once they get a taste of Cannon, they come back for more.

Executive Director
