ALSO CONVEYED HEREIN is an easement for the right of ingress and egress through this property for grantor and future owners of this home and the property around it, along Occam Lane, after it branches off from Stotler Lane, through the southeast corner of grantee’s property.  The grantees shall have the right to move Occam Lane to the north, down the hill, along the route agreed to by the parties so that it is less visible from their planned house.  Peter Roode must affirm that the condition of the new route of the lane is at least equal in ease of travel to the old route before the old route is closed off to traffic to and from this residence.

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 26, 2004, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 6, 2004, at Book 66, Page 83 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Kevin Wallace, conveying certain property therein described to Robert M. Wilson, Jr as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as a separate corporation that is acting solely as a nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. and Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.’s successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Shellie Wallace of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.

Cannon County Highway Department will be accepting bids until 10:00 a.m. on August 19 at the following location:

At this time, bids will be opened for asphalt paving on various county roads.

All materials and workmanship must meet Tennessee Department of Transportation specifications. Field inspection will be conducted by Tennessee D.O.T. personnel. All bids must be submitted by licensed contractors on an aprpoved bid form.
