BEGINNING at a point at a concrete marker, with a piece of rebar in it, along the boundary of the property of Ann Holland just east of the road into the property, Occam Lane, which branches off of Stotler Lane; thence along the old fence line, roughly corresponding to the survey, which goes South 13 degrees 56 minutes West 184 feet to a point; thence South 4 degrees West 37 minutes 655 feet to a point; thence South 14 degrees West 48 minutes 241 feet to a point; thence South 37 degrees East 4 minutes approximately 200 feet to a concrete marker with a fence post in it approximately 50 feet north from the bottom of the valley; thence roughly West approximately 450 feet to a concrete marker with a fence post in it approximately 50 feet north from the bottom of the valley; thence roughly North up the bottom of the gully approximately 800 feet to a concrete marker with a piece of rebar and a “U” shaped piece of metal with a bushing at the top in it; thence roughly Northwest approximately 100 feet to a concrete marker with a piece of “I” beam in it at the base of a nut tree on the east side of Occam Lane which goes down to Peter Roode’s residence; thence roughly Northeast approximately 260 feet to a concrete marker with a metal fence post in it; thence roughly Northwest approximately 280 feet to a concrete marker at the bottom of the valley with a vinyl coated fence post in it; thence approximately 535 feet roughly East along the bottom of the valley to a concrete marker with a vinyl covered fence post in it at the boundary of Tract A and the property of Ann Holland; thence up the hill along the old fence line, roughly 160 feet to a concrete marker with a piece of rebar in it; thence along the old fence line roughly North 88 degrees East 59 minutes 228 feet to the beginning point.
ALSO CONVEYED HEREIN is an easement for the right of ingress and egress through this property for grantor and future owners of this home and the property around it, along Occam Lane, after it branches off from Stotler Lane, through the southeast corner of grantee’s property.  The grantees shall have the right to move Occam Lane to the north, down the hill, along the route agreed to by the parties so that it is less visible from their planned house.  Peter Roode must affirm that the condition of the new route of the lane is at least equal in ease of travel to the old route before the old route is closed off to traffic to and from this residence.

Default having been made in the terms, conditions, provisions and payments made and provided for in a deed of trust dated September 6, 2007, executed by Robert S. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 26, 2004, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 6, 2004, at Book 66, Page 83 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Kevin Wallace, conveying certain property therein described to Robert M. Cannon County Highway Department will be accepting bids until 10:00 a.m. on August 19 at the following location:

At this time, bids will be opened for asphalt paving on various county roads.

All materials and workmanship must meet Tennessee Department of Transportation specifications. Field inspection will be conducted by Tennessee D.O.T. personnel. All bids must be submitted by licensed contractors on an aprpoved bid form.
