WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 23, 2007, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded May 24, 2007, at Book 98, Page 604 and re-recorded on May 31, 2007, at Book 98, Page 684 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Mark Tillman Evans and Tina A. The Town of Woodbury is soliciting bid proposals for the following fire protection equipment for the Woodbury Fire Department:

Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus; Must be NFPA 1981, 2007 Edition and NIOSH compliant; Must be compatible with the fire department’s current inventory of SCBA

A detailed bid specification list may be obtained at Woodbury City Hall during regular business hours.

Deadline to submit bid is Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 10:00 AM at which time a sealed bid opening will be held at Woodbury City Hall, 101 West Water Street, Woodbury, Tennessee.
