Hoskins Siblings Place 1st And 2nd In County Spelling Bee

Jake and Katie Hoskins were awarded first and second place for their performance in the Cannon County Spelling Bee Monday evening.

The event was held at East Side School. In the fifth round of competition four students remained but by the six only the winning siblings were left.

The awards were donated by Award and Trophies of Woodbury.

The Hoskins siblings are invited to participate in the upcoming State competition.

Its wonderful to have a brother and sister to win this.

We are pleased to know this family and to see them each Sunday at First Baptist church.
