Roy Michael Foust, 108 E. High St., Woodbury, was charged with Domestic Assault on Dec. 31.

Foust allegedly slapped the purported victim on the left side of her face.

He also allegedly broke out the glass of an oven door and threw a baby swing onto a kitchen table.

The alleged acts were committed in front of a five-month-old child.

Bond was set at $5,000. Initial court date is Feb. 14.
