All-day music event set for Livingston

Love good music? Come to Downtown Livingston, Tennessee Saturday, May 4 for a free all day event from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Headlining performance by Grammy Award winner and multi-instrumentalist Sam Bush. Other performances by Hayes Carll, Eric Brace & Peter Cooper, The New Familiars, Doug & Telisha, Jay Clark, and Wilder Mountain.

Bring the kids and grandparents, and enjoy a lovely spring day in the Tennessee sun. Performances will broadcast live throughout the Upper Cumberland on local PBS affiliate WCTE.

Also, Sam Bush, the evening's headliner, will be recorded as part of the national Jammin at Hippie Jack's public television series. Enjoy a free yoga class by Synergy Studio, beginning at 10 a.m. on the courthouse lawn. Visit local shops, art vendors, eateries, and listen to a full day of live music.

Don't forget those non-perishable food items for our local food dive and help us feed the hungry.

Parking is $5 per car, or bring an RV or camper, and stay in town overnight for only $10! The one day festival is a free event. Bring chairs, sunscreen, and an appetite for great music.

Your participation will help us set the stage for music tourism in your area and across all of middle Tennessee.
