Woodland wins 4-H Clover Bowl championship

Congratulations to the Woodland Elementary School 7-8th grade for winning the Central Region 4-H Clover Bowl Contest held at Tennessee Technological University! The team beat all other 7-8th grade teams in middle Tennessee. After students competed in the classroom, teams were chosen to advance to the county contest where all Cannon County Elementary Schools were represented. The 4-H Clover Bowl Contest is an activity where 4-H members answered questions about 4-H, Tennessee History, Agriculture, and Family and Consumer Science in a Quizatron format. The contest at Tennessee Technological University featured questions from 4-H, Tennessee, Agriculture, and Family and Consumer Science in a Quizatron format. Congratulations to the Woodland Elementary School Team: Nolan Bell, Walker Cawthorn, Carter Cawthorn, Parker Cawthorn, and Ethan Powell!!! We are very proud of the team for being the first Cannon County team ever to win the finals!
